``I was really struggling to find resources that could help us. I had no direction and no help from any agency. I literally had no one, during what can already be an extremely overwhelming and challenging time. I was lucky enough that Jenny became our support broker and took us under her wing. She coached us along the process of applying for Katie Beckett and The Developmental Disability Budget(and all that it encompasses; choosing an FEA, writing a plan), and guiding us through finding appropriate therapies for our daughter. She was always available to answer questions and checked in frequently. Before we found Jenny, we struggled alone, not knowing what are options were or how to access and apply for certain programs. She has been instrumental in us successfully navigating all of these programs and getting my daughter all of the services she needs and deserves. ``
